Welcome to

We publish music for chamber ensembles which are both original and arrangements based on compositions of major composers.    While we specialize in writing for brass with an emphasis on the brass quintet, you will find works for a variety of instrumentations in ensemble and solo settings.    Our music is different in the respect that we like to present the chamber ensemble with large-scale works originally written for the full symphony.    We invite you to review our catalog and select music that will be suitable to your performance.    A free score is available on the link to the left to introduce you to our music.

New Releases
Price   Composer  Title  (Click Title to View & Play Sample)  Instrumentation
$10.00   McNaughton, John Love at Home Brass Quintet
2 Bb Trumpets, Horn, Trombone, Tuba. This beloved hymn has stood the test of time since 1860. It is a popular song for weddings, including Japanese weddings. Perfect for any church service.

$20.00   Vivaldi, Antonio Nisi Dominus - Cum dederit RV 608 Chamber Orchestra
Soprano, Strings, and continuo. Vivaldi`s setting of Nisi Dominus (Psalm 126 in the Vulgate) dates from fairly early on his career. The Cum dederit is written in the slow Siciliana style with chromatically ascending lines that he used to convey sleep.

$16.00   Gregor, Christian Hosanna Anthem Brass Quintet with Organ
2 Trumpets, Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Organ (opt. Timpani). Hosanna is a traditional canticle from the Moravian liturgy, often sung Palm Sunday, Advent and Christmas. Brass and organ are antiphonal, but unite for the 5-part Chorus based on the same hymn-tune.

$25.00   Shield, Leroy Laurel and Hardy Medley Brass Quintet
Two trumpets in Bb, Horn in F, Trombone, and Tuba. The music of Leroy Shield made memorable in the Laurel & Hardy movies and the Little Rascal movies of the 1930s. Medium difficulty.

$16.00   Ravel, Maurice Pavane for a Dead Princess Brass Quintet with Organ
2 Trumpets (Bb or C), Horn, Trombone, Tuba and Organ. Ravel wrote the Pavan when he was only 24, but it already had the unmistakable sound of impressionism which would become his musical style. Pavane is deceptively simple, yet moving. Très beau!

$25.00   Saint-Saens, Camille Maestoso from Symphony No.3 (Organ) Brass Ensemble
4 Bb/C trumpets, 2-4 horns, 3 trombones, euphonium, tuba, opt. timp/cyms. This arrangement for brass ensemble alone (no organ!) captures the power & grandeur of the last movement of this majestic symphony. Adapted and abridged so you won't miss the organ.

$20.00   Mendelssohn, Felix Introduction & Finale from Symphony No.5 Brass Quintet with Organ
2 Bb or C Trumpets, Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Organ, opt. Timpani. This symphony is commonly called the `Reformation` due to its use of the `Dresden Amen` and the chorale `Ein feste burg` (A Mighty Fortress). Perfect for a concert or any church service.

$15.00   Lotti, Antonio Crucifixus a 8 Brass Ensemble
3 Trumpets, 2 Horns, 2 Trombones, and Tuba. A nice antiphonal piece for brass taken from the Credo of the Tridentine Mass. The cadences allow for long pauses to let any natural reverb envelop the chord. Should be performed in a huge church or hall.

$22.00   Handel, G.F. Aria from Alcina Solo Brass with Strings
The soprano aria `Tornami a vagheggiar` arranged for solo Baroque trumpet, Strings, and continuo. The key has been changed to D from the original Bb. A nice work for a virtuoso encore. Very Difficult.

$20.00   Lotti, Antonio Crucifixus a 10 Double Brass Quintet
Four Trumpes, Two Horns, Two Trombones, Two Tubas, Organ. An acapella work from the Credo of the Mass. May be performed without organ. This work sounds great with lots of reverb at the end of the fermatas.
